when will i receive my order?
for domestic orders (US) please allow about 2-3 weeks total to get your items in hand. when i receive an order, i make or print each item as it comes in. it takes about 1-2 weeks for me to process, pack and get your order out the door + 1 week transit time for shipping.
for orders to canada, please allow 1 month or longer to receive your order. please note that once i ship an order out, transit time is out of control (alas!). international shipping is always a bit tricky. i've had orders arrive as quickly as 7 days and take as long as a month. international RUSH orders are not available at this time.
if you need expedited service/shipping for your order, please email me and we'll work out the details together :).
shop policies
your happiness is very important to me. so if you aren'’t happy with something you purchased i will either replace the item with a duplicate one in perfect condition and ship your new item to you at no charge, or i will refund you for the cost of your order, minus shipping.
to return an item, please do the following:
1. email me at: janavellana [_] yahoo.com and kindly (thanks) let me know what the problem is. (i want to learn from my mistakes.)
2. send the item back to me in the same manner that you recieved it. (i.e.--if it was sent to you bubble wrapped and placed in a box, please do the same.)
3. when i get the item safely back in my hands, i will send a refund to your PayPal account for the purchase price.
